Eligibility Criteria and Admission of New Students Terms of acceptance (see requirements in PPMB UNAIR):

  1. High school from IPA/IPS or vocational programmes who graduated last up to 2 years;
  2. Pass the selection test;
  3. Provide TOEFL score of 550 of IELTS score of 5.5 (for 2+2 articulation programme)
Benchmarking
  1. University of Indonesia (Indonesia). For quality assurance and academic management benchmarking;
  2. The University of Warsaw (Poland), for teaching and learning method benchmarking; and,
  3. The Queensland University of Technology (Australia), for curriculum benchmarking.
Teaching and Learning Strategy Active-didactic teaching strategy with customized methods to conform the courses’ content and expected outcomes; including: lecture, problem-based/case studies, role-play, discussion/debate, brainstorming, reflection, research project, and field trip.
Assessment and Evaluation Strategy Assessments are formed and scheduled to be middle and final assessment, quiz, and assignment throughout the semester. Assessment strategies applied can be categorized based on their aims to measure specific area of competencies:

  1. Personal: presentation, poster, and blog;
  2. Conceptual: short form or multiple-choice test, and essay;
  3. Research and assessment: fieldwork or practicum test, written report, and performance test;
  4. Creation and intervention: projects and case study.
Curriculum revision The Psychology Programme has revitalized its curriculum in the year of 2014/2015 and directly applied it to the students from the class of 2013.
International Programme The Psychology Programme has initiated 2 schemes for international class namely:

  1. AMERTA (Academic Mobility Exchange for Undergraduate at Airlangga)
  2. 2+2 Articulation Programme in collaboration with The Queensland University of Technology (Australia).
